This notice covers the information this storefront collects and the operational data our engineers and the vendor platforms handle while delivering what you bought. No mystery categories and no sentence built to cover everything by covering nothing.

Buying from this site produces a small, boring set of records:
Running these services means our engineers and the vendor platforms behind them can see operational detail from the machines and accounts you enroll. Device names and inventory, alert and event records, patch state, sign-in events, mail metadata, backup catalogs and similar material.
That material exists so the service can be delivered. It is not for sale, it is never turned into advertising profiles, and it goes to nobody outside the delivery chain unless some law obliges us to send it.
Payment is Stripe's department. The number itself is keyed into a register Stripe hosts. They do not pass through this website and nothing on it holds them. All that reaches us afterwards is a brand, four digits, an expiry month, and a yes or a no.
Four reasons, and nothing beyond them. To perform the contract you entered into. To meet legal and tax obligations that apply to a business taking money. To pursue our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working. And, where it applies, on consent you gave and can take back.
The service is delivered on vendor platforms, and the relevant ones necessarily process operational data from your environment: SentinelOne, Fluency, ThreatLocker, Ironscales, N-able N-sight, Addigy, Zimperium, Actifile, N-able Cove and Dropsuite. Which of those apply depends entirely on the lines you bought.
Alongside them sit Stripe for payment, our own ticketing and communication systems, and the cloud hosting this storefront runs on. Nobody else gets your material for their own purposes.
Whatever documents the account and the money stays while you are a customer, then for however long tax and accounting rules insist. Alert and operational material lasts as long as its own line says. Backup content lasts as long as the schedule you agreed. Server logs turn over fast.
When a retention period ends the material is deleted or anonymized. We will not hold on to something merely because holding on is easier.
The storefront and the billing records are hosted in the United States. Vendor platforms run in the regions those vendors operate, which for our deployments is normally the United States as well. Where material moves across a border it moves under the safeguards the relevant law requires.
Ask what we have on you and we will tell you. Ask for a copy and one arrives. Ask for a correction, or for deletion where no legal duty forces us to keep something, or object to a particular use. Write to support@starsandstripestech.com and we will answer inside 30 days.
Where you are our customer and the material belongs to your own users, you are the one who decides, and we act on your instruction as part of delivering the service.
This storefront sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your order pad lives in the browser's own local storage on your machine, and your portal session token lives there too. Both stay on your device and neither is used to follow you anywhere.
The pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, and the register is Stripe's. Those two providers see the request that fetches them, which is unavoidable and is the whole of the third party footprint on this site.
Material edits land on this page under a fresh revision date. Where an edit touches a subscription that is live, the account holder hears from us rather than being left to spot it.
